I see some interesting input being tossed about.

I checked "1966"... but I'll entertain rollingstock of the late 60s.

However, earlier (such as the 1959 date being discussed) is fine and dandy 
too.

I realize I shouldn't be too "picky"... but scale modeling tends toward 
that. In my case, I would PREFER to not have any glaring anachronisms 
running about on my layout.  After all, I'm trying to recreate a reminder of 
the world that was back when I was a lad.  Too many of my memories are 
blurred now, so with a clear model image based on knowledge, I can better 
"see" what I saw then, even though I didn't realize what I was seeing... did 
that make sense?

Oh well!  Back to my 1:1 world of railroading.  Anybody wanna' go with me to 
see if I can get an obstinate GP38 to run?
