Dear Roy,
    It you want something easy and do not care that they used their O 
gauge relay cabinet, heads and blades, you should consider Z stuff. 
 Their booth is across from us at York and I looked at their S gauge 
display.  They seemed to be exactly the same as their O gauge but with a 
shorter mast.
