I have unbuilt coach and RPO kits. The instructions are the same for
both: there is a page of text that includes drawings of the ends and
a second page that has side views of the coach, combine and baggage.

I myself would rather build the kits than to build the cars from
scratch. The sides, ends and floor are flat, "styro-urethane"
castings, typical of Funaro & Camerlengo kits. The roof is wood and
comes with shaped ends that need to be sanded and finished. Underbody
detail consists of truss rods and a brake casting. The builder
supplies trucks and couplers.

Based on catalog photos, when completed the Scenery Unlimited kits
are similar in appearance to the old Kinsman wooden kits, except for
the RPO car, which Kinsman never made. If you go the kit route, you
can look for either.
