Reality stinks, doesn't it?
On my workbench is a pair of AM S12's. These will become the first (and
likely only) Kansas City Belt S12's.
Lessee'... each one needs:
LokSound Baldwin 606SC decoder w/sound
Sound speaker(s)
Engineer figures
LEDs or some form of headlights.
And what else??...
(snif, snif...)
I smell about 250 - 300 additional dollars that's going to be needed before
these things are ready for paint and decals!
This hobby isn't for the faint of heart and timid with the pocketbook, is
it?
Ah well... at least the above $$ has not been sunk into an RC aircraft. I
won't be losing the time/money investment because of radio interference!!
