I talked to Harley Smith and he will be attending a Flea Market tomorrow at the 
Lucas County Recreation Center, Maumee, OH.  He will have about ten different 
blends and sizes of ballast to include a couple in S gauge.  This event is also 
visited by Tom Hawley from Michigan Models.  He usually has a vast selection of 
S gauge locos and cars from the leading manufactures/importers.
