Hi All:

If you're so inclined, please check my math and see if I've got this right:

1' in S scale = .1875"

Thus, 1" = .015625" (.1875" / 12 )

Therefore 1.5" in S scale would measure .0234375"

Nearest brass rod available (Detail Associates) is either .022" or .028".

So, I'm either going to have handrails .002" small, or .004" big.  Seems the 
best thing would be go .002" small.

What say, oh wise ones of things S?
