Attached are a couple of pictures I took of my SHS SW-9 at the 1st Annual
"Inter-State" Meet last Saturday at Jack Sudimak's. The SW-9 has the new
Soundtraxx DSD 101LC motor/sound decoder installed. It's perfect for smaller
diesels, such as the EMD's, Alco's, etc. As with any sound installation, the
real chore is finding room and baffling the speaker for best sound quality.
One of the neat CV options is the ability to select a one, three, or five chime
horn. Setup couldn't be any simpler for someone who is familiar with DCC
installation.
