Thanks, Bob.  It's not that my arms are short, it's more the "buffer" 
between my centerline and perimeter has expanded slightly over the 
years.

The panel is not really adjustable, but it is hinged for servicing.  As 
the KGB's pretty much a one man, one train operation, the panel was 
used to switch between two throttles if necessary or isolation.  Now 
it's used for switching between straight DC and DCC.
