The main problem is the rear drive line is too short. Therefore it 
angles excessively & vibrates on curves. They made them unequal length 
to clear the cab interior.
The best solution is the River Raisin replacement drives, but I have 
never seen them come up on Ebay.
Otherwise it takes some real mechanical ingenuity. I have a couple of 
designs, but they are not simple. One requires two motors.
