Not sure what you are looking for, but I made my own after I cut out
the holes for my AM GP9 SP locos as follows:
I cut a piece of 0.010" clear Evergreen styrene into two sheets. I
painted one side of one sheet black - airbrushed PBL Starbrand paint
satin black. I then cut and fitted each number board hole with a
clear piece and black painted piece. Using small SP style decals
(HO scale I think, maybe N), I applied my unit numbers centered on
the black piece of styrene. When dry, I used Microscale Kristal
Klear to glue the clear piece over the decaled black piece and then
into the number board.
I really like this effect and you can light the number boards if you
wish.
