Herald King Decals is back in business, don't know if they are using old temples/graphics or not, but I got the following response to my email to them:
"Yes, We are setting up to have our whole line in S-Scale in near future." Their Website is http://www.heraldkingdecals.com/ I know that their old decals were not always correct but maybe this is our chance to work with them to produce some badly needed decals.
