"Agreed on every point. However, remember that if it were not for the NASG
involvement with the full length AM HWT Pullmans, that we would still be
paying EBay prices of $175 to $200 per plastic Pullman. Then again, they
were not developing a product, they were kick starting a reintroduction to
help spread the word that yes, S does have reasonably price scale HWT
Pullmans available. Whether they continue to be offered is up to AM.
The fallout from that one was the CNR Passenger car decals produced in S
scale by Black Cat.
Trying hard to produce more Canadian S scale stuff.

Hi Andy,
This might cause me some headaches; but our Lehigh Valley S Gauger's financed
one of our members, when he bought out S Scale Locomotive and Supply. How many
of you are running that great locomotive right now? This was no little
investment! That project also was a lot of work! The member did pay us back
when he moved to Florida.
I'm sure other clubs have done the same. Individually, Ed Loizeaux is one
individual who also goes out on the limb for projects he feels are worth while,
and I'm sure there are many others in our group who would do the same.
Our S gauge group is a "giving group!" We have a great fellowship, and at times
are very, very, patient, as in Bill Lane's and many others projects, but
eventually most of it comes to fruition!
We are a great group, lets keep it that way!
Warm Regards,
Bill
