The Santa Fe caboose was from the "Old" Isdustrial Rail.  It was spot 
on for S, off by very little.  When Atlas O bught the Industrial Rail 
line, they chose to scrap the Santa Fe caboose tool up for a C&O style 
caboose sized more for O-27.
