Time to dig into another project... I've been detailing and finishing some of
my NYC H10 Mike's. Since the engines were heavily modified throughout their
service lives by the NYC, there are some interesting combinations. If anyone
out there has a brass NYC Hudson 12-wheel tender they would like to part with,
please contact me off line.

The NYC used several of these behind H10's as the "Centipede" tenders displaced
the original 12-wheel versions behind Hudson's. The displaced 12-wheel tenders
ended up behind the larger Mike's (like the H10b) and their tenders ended up
behind older and smaller 2-8-2's like the NYC H6, which was the USRA Light
Mike... Do you begin to see where I'm going with this...!? Poor guy who gets
my stuff after I'm gone will be awfully confused, unless of course he studies
the prototype.

The tender can be painted or shiny brass, with or without trucks, but the body
needs to be in good shape... If you're into brass, trade bait is available.

Jim K.
