Hi Ron, Don't worry, If my card was billed I'd have followed up! I
was never billed so no problem. The guy that took the order said he
was not familiar with what I wanted and he'd ask you when you returned
from somewhere( can't recall where he said you were, out having fun
somewhere I guess?).
If we all had a local store such as yours we would not ever need to
complain about S scale service. When I was modeling in HO I never
looked beyond the Train shop at Santa Clara.
For the limited market of S scale perhaps a national online store
would work best? MBKlein has a nice template for a web based train
store. Could one comprehensive online store survive or even make a
little profit if it got all the online S business? Wouldn't it keep
alive some of the marginal products if they had the wider exposure?
Seems like a good opportunity for some young guy? or maybe someone
like Andre with too much time on their hands?....dave
