Dan- The design was completed in July 1969 and there were, according to an article I read, 27 cars listed in the Oct 1969 ORER. However, in 1969, the cars had ends and roofs supplied by Pullman. Beginning in 1972, all cars were built with Stanray parts including the ends and X panel style roof as on the DPH Evans car. Early cars also had HydraCushion underframes.
