1. Dr Mike's, the only glue that bonds DELRIN to DELRIN and is
guaranteed to not dry our up to one year after opening. Great for
delrin couplers, hand rails and all other plastic, resin and wood
craftsman kits.
2. Lightning Bond, our industrial strength glue guaranteed not to dry
out up to three years after opening. Although a one part CA, when
combined with the accompanying Lighting Fill, a mirco balloon filler,
the joint becomes stronger than the material bonded and is
machinable. Fantastic for repairs around both the workshop and home.
If you don't want to solder, build your brass and white metal kits
with Lightning Bond.
3. If you do want to solder your model, try our Low Melt Soldering
Kit. Has sufficient quantities to build two O scale brass or brass
and white metal locos. Kits contain Carr's low melt (C70) and detail
(C145) solders and when used in combination with the kits Fry's
Waterflow flux makes the soldering job clean and easy. (Not for
electric connections as the flux is acid based)
I'll also have some interesting On30 BLI C-16 conversions I've done
for customers as well as other models running on my DCC display.
We will build or convert your model per your wishes or sell you the
glue and/or solder for you to do it yourself.
