Wow! Closest to that layout I recall in S scale was Mike Palmiter's New York City layout, but that wasn't quite as detailed. Being less modern, he didn't need as much graffiti, but this guy seems to have the modern look down. Those modern "awnings" would work well in S for covering a blank area where the upper floors of a converted HO building was raised.
