RR-Track http://www.rrtrack.com/html/sgsp.html $79.00 does an excellent job in
supporting S scale libraries for American Flyer, GarGraves, SHS S-Trax,
American Models, American Classics.

Others who don't do nearly as well.

CAD Rail http://www.sandiasoftware.com/library.htm $59.95

3rdPlanIt http://www.eldoradosoft.com/object_library.htm $124.95

I have not tried any of the above software packages. For my purposes, XTrkCad
works fine for planning my layout that uses FastTracks jig constructed turnouts
and Tomalco flex. XTrkCad didn't cost me a nickel and has the virtue of being
free/open source being maintained by volunteers. You might opt to register on
the XtrkCad Wiki and post a question to the wish list asking how you can
get/contribute S scale libraries.

Subject: {S-Scale List} Layout Software

What do you use for track layout software?

I've been playing with XTrkCad, and not only have they left out of it
the one S-Scale parameter file that used to be in it, there is not a
comprehensive parameter file for the largest maker of S-Scale track.

I was able to find the missing parameter file, and others have helped
with the track library, but that does beg the question: what DO
serious S-Scale modelers use for track layout?

Thanks in advance,

Vivamus
