The photos may of you are posting are from the Farm Security 
Administration and Office of War Information collections, chronicling 
America from the Great Depression through World War II.  Photographs 
from people like Jack Delano and Dorothy Lange.  The entire 
collection, 1600 color photos and 164,000 black and white are in the 
Library of Congress but can be viewed on line at:

BTW, a nice article on Jack Delano and his color work appeared in the 
recent Kalmbach special edition of Classic Trains on Railroads and 
World War II.
