Take a peek at http://www.miniatronics.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc . Type in
"ditch lights" on their site search. While these are HO, I believe they'll
probably work for you. The lights they sell even have a feature that will turn
on an alternating pattern as an engine approaches a crossing and turn the
lights back to steady once the engine has cleared the crossing. All wiring is
already done for you. These use incandescent bulbs. Price $34.95. They have two
dealers in Sacramento and one in Lodi. Close enough to you? Just use their
store search to find the dealers.

Subject: {S-Scale List} Ditch light castings
Hello,
I am using Detail Associates castings of ditch light holders and stands. The
material is either plastic or delrin etc. Will the heat from12v grain of wheat
bulbs warp the castins or should I use a resistor? What about 1.5v bulbs? Has
anyone done this?
