Don't hold your breath on that one...

Actually, to lower the testosterone level a bit, the origin of the 
thread was low speed operation, i.e. switching a long string of cars 
at dead slow speeds.  Anybody can build a locomotive to run fast or 
pull a lot, but building a mechanism to move 40 cars in reverse 
through 6 turnouts at a speed that lets you count the ties as the car 
moves or start a long train slow enough to watch the slack run out in 
each individual car..., now that is something that truly separates S 
from HO!  

Not saying the models we have built are perfect in that regard, but I 
do like our chances!  Tug `o war and train races...?  I'll leave that 
to the folks who revere `AC'.
