Peter,
Welcome to the great world of S, you will find the greatest bunch of
guys in this scale and on this list, always willing to help out their
fellow modelers. I switched scales too.....from HO....back in1964!
Just as a bit of information, if you're looking for something to
help you with the handlaying of track,
http://www.Smokymoutainmodelworks.com/ makes a neat tie jig in either
19" mainline spacing or 22" branch.
Bill's Train Shop http://www.btsr.com/ in addition to the
forthcoming Pennsy H9/10 has a urethane kit for the H21a quad hopper,
and a soon to be released HD bobber cabin car.
Kaslo Shops http://www.kasloshops.com/ has a resin kit for the
PRR N5c also.
If you already know Bill Lane http://www.pennsysmodels.com/ then I'm
sure you know of his X29 and G26's in brass.
    DesPlaines hobbies http://www.desplaineshobbies.com/ has a r-t-r
H39 in plastic and a future release of an X29 in plastic.
Hope this helps somewhat in the Pennsy search.
       Bud Rindfleisch
