Jim Kindraka is correct -- The Mobley Library has instruction sheets for the
Kinsman series of wood-sheathed passenger cars. These instructions include
scale plans and construction details sufficiently robust to provide excellent
guidance for scratchbuilding these cars. The cars are 61-foot baggage, coach
and combine, buildable with either open or closed vestibules. Prototypes for
these cars are B&M and NYNH&H.
If you want to order a copy of these plans, please contact me at [EMAIL
PROTECTED] A single set covers all three car types. There are charges --
$1.70 for the instructions/plans, plus postage, plus a $3 surcharge for
non-NASG members. Or throw in $20 to join the NASG and save the $3.
If you are interested in these, send no money. Just let me know and give me
your USPS address. An invoice and return envelope will be included with your
order.
