As Uncle Bill states there are many places to meet and chat up a 
storm--one of the basics of a convention.  I did my first convention in 
'85 where I met folks that I had been reading about for the first 
time--Ed, Raleigh, Dick, Don T etc. etc.  that made the convention for 
me and has ever since.

Besides I will give my little 'thing' in about 10-15 minutes.  Hopefully 
it will be useful as well.
