When Ambrose Klain and I were doing the (Cleveland) Cuyahoga County Lakefront Land Use Study in the 60's we went onto all but one parcel of land between Lake and Lorain Counties, except the missle site.
This included the Hulett location. With NO ONE around we went up the ladders to the top.
