Rance, You threw out a lot of electrical ratings. Why not just skip the drama and buy the power supply that is now offered and recommended by NCE? It is not that expensive. On the other hand I just used the AC output from my MRC Tech II for years to power my 5 Amp PH Pro to do programming. The MRC Tech II did not put out the needed 5 amps, but it was not needed on that application either.
