Thanks for all the digital help, guys!! Still need someone to help
carry the 4x4x8' timbers up the hill. ;-)

While I did spend $5K this summer for the 'garden tractor' to cut the
grass, and handle the snow blade this winter, I really hope to avoid
buying the bigger stuff at the local John Deere dealer. Got a local
gent coming by tomorrow to quote the post holes and clearing the brush -
thick nasty brambles about 8' high - from the two acres behind the
office... that is where the new B.T.S./Layout building will stand.

This mountain has more rocks than dirt, so the hose trick will not do
much good. We will be able to build some dandy rock walls soon!!

You know you are in the sticks when the anchor stores at the local mall
is a Tractor Supply and Ace Hardware!

Our satellite internet service will be installed Wed so I can post some
photos of the place later this week. Right now, I am on 19kbs dialup!
Ugh. Verizon says it will be years before they offer DSL service out
here and the cable folks just laughed.

Anyway, back to building the S Scale Slatyfork Sawmill sample!!

Take care
Bill
