On the way to Lowell I visited the Michigan History Museum (702 W. Kalamazoo 
Street in Lansing, MI).  There was a special display of photographs taken by a 
professional photographer in the Lansing area from the late 20's to the 50's.  
Not a lot of train subjects, but several trolley's.  The biggest value was all 
the very sharp photos of buildings and street scenes in that time period.  One 
was a feed mill just screaming to be modeled in S!

If you get to the Lansing area, I absolutely recommend this.  I've attached a 
link, hope it works...  The exhibit goes to the end of September.  Oh yes, 
necessary S gauge content... There is no admission charge for the museum. <G>
