Hi Michael, We here all know how easy it is to make these cars
look like scale models but I think the argument was that the serious
modelers in other scales need to be shown the possibilities instead of
shown an obviously toy looking product? The sales might actually
increase more from promoting them as true scale models to the great HO
and N scale masses than from promoting them to old guys who had flyer
trains 50 years ago. Which after all is a rising demographic versus a
dying breed? ....dave
( admittedly old but never had a flyer)
