*SUMMARY*

   - Over 7 yrs of extensive experience as SAP HR consultant involving 3
   full life cycle implementations and post implementation support with ECC
   6.0, ECC 5.0, 4.7, 4.6C.
   -  Involved in all aspects of project work: Design, Configuration, Unit
   Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Integration Testing, Documentation,
   Data conversion/Migration, End User Training and Support.
   - Extensive experience of SAP HR Payroll, Time Management, Personnel
   Administration, Organizational Management, Training & Event
Managementand Benefits. 
   - Experience  in working with Solution Manager, HP Service desk.
   - Broad experience in Pay Scale Structure, Wage type Creation,
   Characteristics, Indirect Valuation
   - Extensive hands on experience with various setup processes, tax
   configuration, operation and integration with BSI (Business Software
   Incorporation).
   - Experience in creating Work Schedules, Absence types, Quotas, Counting
   areas where the damage is 
even higher mainly because of their exposure to the Gulf itself.  
Galveston has a nice RR museum with some very historic items and several 
model railroads.  At this point I would assume they have received major 
damage. Of course, Galveston was hit by a monster hurricane in 1900 
where the entire city was flooded and 6000 lives were lost.  I believe 
this is still the largest natural disaster in the US.
