I have sold a lot of stuff on ebay over the years (usually not trains). I
use Paypal exclusively when I sell. Its convenient, the item can be shipped
immediately, and I don't have to worry about checks clearing. Maybe, since I'm
used to getting whacked by credit cards companies when I sell on line, or even
in person, for my business the Paypay fee doesn't bother me. I do usually
stick a "handling fee" of about $3 on my sales. I don't think that's ripping
off
the consumer - as the previously stated if your total bid for the item would
be $25, include the hanling fee in how much you want to bid.
