Bill and All,

Just past the crest of the hump Dave had placed a line of uncoupling magnets 
about 8" long this ensured a very realistic un-couple and roll down the hump.  
Dragging the cars back over from the bowl, the hump would keep the cars tight 
and coupled over the magnets.  Dave had the two Conrail units and a set of cars 
captive to the hump operations that were weighted for rolling and retarding 
purposes.  A careful eye of the yard photo will show the visiting power up from 
Texas that week.  MKT SD40-2 #605 and MKT GP38-2 #312.  Both units are still in 
service 16 years later on my layout and running great!
