I meant Hobbylinc.com ! Go to www.flowquil.com  they list all the railroad 
colors in both waterbased and laquer based with what thinner to use. Hope this 
helps.

That took me tos Hobbylink Japan. I ended up searching and finding

Anyhoo... the Hobbylinc site notes that I will need Dio-sol to thin??? I 
thought Dio-sol was phased out????
