.....not true, but it teaches you patience ! Have ordered some custom
work from company "A" - after several weeks they made the delivery -
unfortunately an total wrong item - I mentioned that immediately - no
response since ! Ordered at company "B" few parts - their delivery was
"fast" - unfortunately for HO instead of S . I mentioned it - a fast
reply - the correct part was just shipped. Weeks later , nothing
happens, I asked for the part : oh sorry it was out of stock , we
shipped it now ! Still waiting for it since threee weeks ! Waiting now
since ten weeks for the first issue of my new magazine
subscription. ...and finally not to tell you that I am waiting for
weeks for countless detail parts....Now I have some thoughts to leave
modelrailroading for ever......
