TC,

Sorry for the long delay.  After the ice storm that hit Thursday night
we, along with about 106,000 other electric customers, have been out
of power.  My house just got power at 6:20 this evening, and the heat
is almost up to 35 degrees in the house....

I am building a small initial group of 4-4-0's from a die-cast "toy"
that I have mentioned in previous posts.  The die-cast body makes a
good starting framework to make alterations, add power and gearbox and
drivers, etc.  etc.  It is still a bunch of work, but hopefully easier
than starting from scratch.  For an image of the item I am using, see:
