The irony is the NYC at one time controlled the C&O and the PRR controlled the 
N&W.   If it wasn't for the I.C.C., they still might.  

Every dog has his day; the worm turns, etc., etc.  No doubt the day will come 
when some smart-aleck executives will decide there are tax advantages to 
resurrecting the NYC and the PRR, and leasing CSX and NS to them.

No doubt they will then merge to form some company called Central Penn.
