And that is the KEY reason I'm NOT a NMRA member $60+ a year! ridiculous.
AS economic times have changes in this country, we can afford less and less.
as a person in my early 30's. I'm the first generation of Americans, than can
expect a lower class of living than my parents enjoyed. This is now FACT, and
no longer opinion, as per one of my posts several years ago.
I hope to have my young sons interested in Model Railroading, and learn some of
the things that I did as a youngster, but money is the necessary evil, and
unfortunately magazine subscriptions, and memberships must be kept at a minimum
as a result. Thank Goodness, as a member of one of the finer S scale groups
in the country, Pines and Praries S Scale Workshop, has a wonderful payment
arrangement for members only.
