Tom,

FWIW, I built one of their depot kits and a freight station kit 30+ years
ago. From what I remember, the kits included embossed card sides, metal
castings for windows, doors, and chimneys, and strip wood for trim, etc.
They could be built up fairly nice, but I would view a modern laser-cut kit
higher in quality. The window and door castings were about the same quality
as a Lehigh Valley Models kits, not as nice as Grandt Line castings.

The other day someone was offering what looked an awful lot like an old
Mini-Structures station. The modeler had done an excellent job with it and
had even added interior detail. Has anyone on the list ever constructed one
the Mini-Structures depots? If so, what is your view of the quality of
same?

Tom
