For my money the Railmaster RS units are right on. While I can't quote
chapter and verse, I've used both the RS 3 in blue and yellow SF and the RS 4/5
in black and white SF as background models for product reviews in both the "S
Gaugian" and the "Dispatch." If you leaf through this past year's copies of the
mags, I'm certain you'll be able to see just how nice they look. The only one
that immediately comes to mind is the, I believe, Nov-Dec "S Gaugian" with a
review of Pat Turner's Tri-Star Oil kit where I posed the RS 4/5 with a S Scale
America tank car. Geez, did I plug enough products?

Thanks for the info. I have also considered the On30 products and the
Railmaster kits. My concern is that they might be too small for a
