The NASG has a Convention Handbook available to all Convention committees, and
also available online at www.nasg.org. Among other things, the Handbook
strongly recommends designing a schedule such that the vendors can participate
in the tours that are inclusive in Convention registration fees. Of course,
whether or not the Convention Committee chooses to follow this advice is up to
the committee.
