Bill & all,

I did slightly elevate most of my curves but some of the track is just
off center a bit!

I might get around to lettering my G26 about the same time you make
reservations to visit Texas! I have good intentions, but right now I'm
in the middle of wiring a new control panel. I'm trying some new and
borrowed ideas that so far, have worked out. I will be drilling holes
this evening for the toggles & pushbuttons. Funny thing, on Saturday
it was so hot I was wearing cutoffs and T shirt where I had to quickly
regain the nearly forgotten art of dodging hot solder dropping on my
ankles under the layout. I was stringing wires for seven turnouts,
three electro uncouplers and two automated wheel stops. Today its not
that far from freezing so I will be working indoors instead of my
unheated workshop.

After that it won't be long till our club will be getting ready for the
San Jacinto train show so that will take some prep time. I then need to
do some touchup paint work on many of my steam engines. Over the years
of changing out operating systems, speakers and assorted other things
have taken it's toll on paint jobs. Some of the brass is starting to
appear.

Sometime after that I want to start adding cut levers to all my plastic
cars that don't have them, then off to build a couple of Milwaukee
branchline combines, finish up a CNW bay window caboose, and two
Ridgeway Fowler boxcars. Maybe a need to start a Loizeau WPA program also.
