Not much new to report from Minnesota, we are ripping out a big chunk of Steve
Doyle's
layout, nothing new here, Dave Jasper is finishing his garage addition so he
will have enough
room for a new layout. Good news is he has a big wood heat boiler so we will
be able to toss
in the big chunks of old layouts and the salvage lumber he is storing outside
if he tries to
incorporate it into his new layout. In between all that fun, there is some
progress on the
Minnesota Heartland, I have to be ready for operating sessions for folks
traveling through
Minneapolis enroute to the 2010 NASG Convention.
I do have to face it, 2009 should be the year I finally let my River Raisin
Turbine (number 3)
go off to a home where it will not be a shelf queen. If you have been lurking
in the weeds
considering that you really need one, let me know, I am ready to deal. I might
even consider
a better price if you let me deliver it to a warm climate.
