Des Plaines Hobbies sells a PRR decal set for exactly this car so it should have all the elements you need except the "Louisville & Nashville" script for the letterboard. As far as I know the colors on the set are correct but SPF's like to argue about such things... Of course so do SNYCF's!! I think the set is PRR-1 or PRR-3, but you can check it out and look at the actual set on their web site. As far as Tuscan paint, that I can't help with.
