Is Dick's article upcoming or is this in a ;past issue.  I am a new  
subscriber and have only received one issue.  I would be interested  in reading

It's also  worth noting that Dick Karnes had a two part article in the 1/64 
Modeler's  Guide on building turnouts in a way that avoids much of the 
fiddly filing of  angles for the frog. It is worth looking at if you want to 
lay 
your own  without buying jigs.
