Dear Fellow `S' Scalers;

A few years back I suggested to a number of the `S' Scale hobbyists' about a
possible get together in OHIO to coincide with our monthly N.O.S.S. meeting.
The last three years have been successful and a number of you asked me again at
the Michigan `S'pree if we were planning to do it again. A number of people
had apologized that they had conflicts the prior years and wanted to attend
this year.

You have asked and once again, The Northern Ohio `S' Scalers, my wife Sharron
and I would like to invite you to our home for the Fourth Annual NOSS
Inter-state Get Together on the last Saturday of September. (09/25/10). We have
moved our normal last Sunday of the month meeting to Saturday to help with
traveling.

So, lube up those locomotives sitting on your shelves and double check the KD
heights on the engines and cars and bring them to put some miles on them
running on the Penn Creek and Western. Three mainlines will be available for
you to run your equipment. My lower level will be switchable DC/DCC.

In the past we also traveled to two other area `S' Scale layouts. Al and Bob
have conflicts this year, but we are putting together some interesting
displays, question/answer sessions to hopefully take `S' modeling to a higher
level. Also available for hands on will be our NOSS 45' portable modular
switching layout. If you have seen Ed Kirkstatter's articles in the NASG
Dispatch, those models will be on display plus a sneak peak of the next car he
is working on.

I created a new album called `NOSS – Jack Sudimak Penn Creek and Western'
containing 8 photos of the Penn Creek & Western taken by member John Henning.
I hope the link works.

Look in the file folder under "2010_09_25 NOSS 4th Get Together" for a WORD
document detailing the get together. I will load the pdf version shortly.
Please let Sharron and I know if you are interested and planning on coming. Do
not reply to the Group but email us direct. [email protected] or call at
(330) 725-4698
We are just looking for a head count.

Anyone wishing to stay over, we can recommend some close places to stay. I will
leave it up to you to make arrangements. Then we can do it all over again on
Sunday.

`S'incerely

Jack Sudimak
