Following is a list of "will be produced" S scale kits now in various stages
of design, in the order they will likely appear:
1. 44-ton GE Phase Ia and IVb with code 110 and AF-compatible wheelsets
(design underway)
2. PRR X29D 40 ft single door box (design underway, target release date
in Nov/Dec)
3. SAL B7 "turtleback roof" 40 ft single door box (design to start next
week)
4. Southern 50 ft gon, built 1953 and lasting into the 90s in MW service
(design to start in 3-4 weeks)
These projects are underway but the order is not set yet:
1. SAL 36 ft ventilated box (unknown design start date)
2. GP38 hi and lo nose option (w/ and w/o dynamic brake insert will be in
kit)
3. N&W H10 70-ton 3 bay hopper
Please contact me off list to place a no-money-required reservation for all
EXCEPT the 44-tonner which does require payment in full to guarantee your
order (this is expected to be in production by December). 44t's are
available in Phase Ia (no front grill) and Phase IVb (with front grill) for
$325 scale and $345 hi-rail. Add $10 shipping in the Lower 48 per order;
$25 for Canada.
