Yeah, that space looks like it would be ideal for N scale or maybe TT? 7.5
feet in S scale is 480 feet, in TT it would represent 900 feet or N 1200 feet
which is a pretty good area for a switching yard and industries. If staging
extensions are possible then S become more viable, perhaps a carfloat off one
end with the whole 480 feet devoted to a LCL facility.
