The NMRA cars are left over from the "Heritage Series" cars they produced in
all scales over the last 20 years or so. (There are leftovers in all
gauges.)

I bought my first Heritage series car, Gorre & Daphetd # 8409 in 1992, it
was car number # 1 of the Heritage series.

Over the years the NMRA ended up with a lot of S scale and eventually
stopped making them in S, O and so on, only making them in HO.

We have to face the fact, HO is the number one model railroading gauge the
world.

Just looked at the September magazine featuring pages of models from the
recent Milwaukee NMRA National convention, 99% HO. Tsk! Tsk!

Anyway, if you're not a member of the NMRA and I feel everyone should be, I
don't believe these models are available to you.

Perhaps you could try making a copy of a friend's "Car Sale" coupon and
sending it in through the internet, maybe they will accept it, I don't know?

(The makes and details are on the coupon cut-out.)

"S"ee Ya,

 Bill (Fraley)
