The Pequea Valley Model Railroaders have TWO "S" layouts, altho most of the
members are of other disciplines. The simple fact is that two of us had
enough goodies to get up and running (biggest layout was 12' X 20' , now 4 X 7
& 8 X 16 ) without huge expenditures of money. We have been around for at
least 10 yrs with various incarnations, STILL "S", mostly "High Rail" toward
"S" scale.
